LIVING
On the ground floor, entering through the main entrance, guests of the Podere are welcomed by a spacious and cozy living area, ideal for moments of conviviality or simply for relaxing in front of the fireplace while reading one of the many books available or enjoying a leisurely conversation.
KITCHEN
A fully equipped kitchen is at the complete disposal of guests: dishwasher, double refrigerator, microwave oven, espresso machine, six-burner stove, toaster, and a full set of dishes, cookware, and cutlery make the stay truly comfortable.
LIVING ROOM
The lounge is the largest space available to guests: ideal for team-building activities or workshops, and, if needed, it can also be used as a dining room. A large screen that can be connected to any digital device, a reliable Wi-Fi network, tables, chairs, mats, a foosball table, a professional keyboard, and a professional sound system ensure the best conditions for any team activity.
THE ROOMS
The Podere offers 5 cozy rooms, each with 3 beds and a private bathroom, for a total of 15 beds. In keeping with the eco-sustainable philosophy that defines the property, each guest is provided with a disposable linen set—bed and bath—made of 100% biodegradable fabric, soft to the touch and hypoallergenic, entirely produced in Italy. For colder nights, guests can also keep warm with the colorful blankets provided.

The Podere offers charming outdoor spaces, perfect for fully immersing yourself in nature and enjoying the wonderful Tuscan landscape: a lovely equipped garden, a veranda and a terrace overlooking the surrounding fields, and plenty of nature to admire during pleasant walks.
